The use of remote data entry/EDC as a means of capturing clinical trial data, thus reducing the time from last patient last visit to a locked database, is increasing and web-based approaches are now prevalent. NWS supports EDC web-based approaches as provided by the InferMed MACRO system. NWS also offers EDC solutions through Logos Technologies and eResearch Technology. The development of e-CRFs (see NW Devices) is another of the services we offer.
We also have a marketing partnership with ClinSource, a leading provider of integrated, web based IT solutions for the pharmaceutical, medical devices, biotechnology and healthcare industries. ClinSource's platform, TrialXS, can be utilised effectively as a standalone Clinical Trial Management System or EDC solution.
